• SOMETIMES WE’RE TOO HARD ON OURSELVES…We often talk of stepping in the shoes of others but when will we learn to step in our own shoes.Trying to understand yourself and being empathetic to self will be a big step to self-development.The thing is no one ever knows what you’re going through better than you.Only you know the depth of it. Don’t use broad labels that people would use for you to describe and define you. Don’t call yourself bad or unworthy simply cause you’re trying to heal but made some mistakes in the process. Don’t call yourself dumb beacuse you’re struggling to understand a topic you’ve never touched before. Don’t say you’re unloveable when all you do is get attached to the wrong people who are wrong for you and they inevitably leave again and again. Don’t give judgement on yourself without first understanding you.

• FALSELY YOURS……We all have dreams and visions and some take longer to achieve than others,recently,a friend of mine who’s been fighting depression cause of how her plans and dreams didn’t work out paid me a visit and while talking,I realised one thing….my dear,find what you love and let it kill you.Let it cling onto your back and weigh you down into eventual nothingness.Let it devour your remains,for all things will kill you,either slowly or fastly.I’d say it’s much better to be killed by what you love.Myself,I want my life to mean sth beyond this sightlessness. I want it to be a gift like a sign from God that there is a purpose behind it.A grand reason for my existence. But firstly dear ones,peace is paramount is the whole journey of life. Peace has brought me to understand that it all starts in my belief. In that belief,I’m contented by my improvements and the steps I’m taking. Contentment in who I am currently and who I’m going to be, is the real gift.Through it all find what you love and drown in it..chase your wildest dreams like you’re on fire.
